With the continued health of our community as our top priority, we have made the decision to cancel all group events at St. Thomas Syro Malabar Cathedral, Bellwood effective immediately. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation with this guidance as we move to practice social distancing, the one step that is sure to help slow the spread of COVID-19, prevent our healthcare system from being overwhelmed, and to protect ourselves and the community at large.
- The public celebration of the Holy Qurbana (Mass) has been suspended until further notice. This applies to both daily and Sunday Holy Qurbana. The Holy Qurbana can be viewed via livestream.
- No CCD classes on Sundays
- No Malayalam classes on Sundays
- All services at Northbrook extension, including Holy Qurbana on Sundays, have been cancelled until further notice.
- The adoration chapel at Cathedral will remain open for private prayer.
