SyroMalabar Celebration of St George Feast at University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC)

Attended by Roy Achan, our parish college students at UIC organized the celebration of Holy Qurbana for the feast of St. George. This included a solemn procession, celebration of Holy Qurbana at UIC's main chapel and dinner. Thank you to all the organizers for a very colorful feast celebration of our SyroMalabar faith.

Jisha Abraham Mani, 37 , wife of Bijo C Mani passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 3rd.

She leaves behind her devoted husband Bijo and three children  Jacob, Joshua and Isaiah, as well as her loving parents, Abraham and Annamma Erukattumalil, and younger brother, Jino Abraham.

There will be a memorial mass for Jisha on Monday, January 4th at 7:00 PM at the Cathedral.

A seminar on Funeral planning was conducted after the inauguration Ceremony at the Parish Hall. The topic of the seminar was Simple Steps to Advanced Funeral Planning which was presented by Mr. Darren Malone who is the President of Fidelis Funeral Consultants.
