Welcome! We’re glad you’re interested in becoming part of our parish family. To register, please complete the parish registration form below and bring the completed form to the Parish Trustee Office to confirm your registration. The Trustee Office is located on the upper level of the Cathedral building. If you prefer, registration forms are also available at the Trustee Office for you to complete in person. You may call the Parish Office at +1 (708) 544-7250 to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome on Sundays after the Holy Qurbana.
